What we'll do
I'm sure we can all agree that as human beings, we have a huge range of emotions. For many of us on the personal-development path, we've learned that positive emotions create positive lives and negative emotions, the opposite. This goes along with the general mandate of the human body: to seek pleasure and avoid pain.
Whilst seeking uplifting emotions is generally a positive thing to do, I've often seen people avoiding the less enjoyable emotions. The problem with that is that we can miss the powerful insight and wisdom these feelings are there to share. Emotions are feedback. Put very simply, it's soulful wisdom saying "more of that please", "none of that thanks" or "you need to change something". When we suppress the less enjoyable emotions, striving to feel positive, we are often missing the deepest wisdom we have access to, to guide our lives into deeper happiness and fulfilment.
In these 2 hours together will be covering
your emotional guidance.
As with anything I run, you are most welcome to come along and contribute, talk and share or, if you're more of a quiet person, then just be with us and receive. There is no pressure to speak or participate, if that's not your thing. This will be a very light and supportive environment that, thus far, has attracted really lovely, kind people. No pressure, just togetherness in whatever form feels right for you.
We have a limit of 40 people for the room we have, so let me know asap if you're coming along.
